About the role
As a Global Technical Helpdesk Engineer, you will be responsible for providing technical support and troubleshooting assistance to our global customer base. You will work closely with our product and engineering teams to identify and resolve complex issues, ensuring a seamless customer experience. Your primary duties will include:- Responding to customer inquiries and providing timely and accurate technical support- Diagnosing and troubleshooting a wide range of technical issues related to our products and services- Escalating complex cases to the appropriate teams and collaborating to find solutions- Documenting and tracking issue resolution progress- Continuously learning and staying up-to-date with our products and technologies- Providing feedback and suggestions for product improvements
