About the role

As a Customer Experience Specialist at Agoda, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our customers. You will be the first point of contact for our customers, handling inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a seamless customer experience. Your primary responsibilities will include: - Responding to customer inquiries and requests via email, chat, and phone in a timely and efficient manner - Troubleshooting and resolving customer issues to ensure a positive customer experience - Providing accurate and up-to-date information to customers - Identifying opportunities to improve the customer experience and providing feedback to the team - Maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction by going above and beyond to meet their needs To be successful in this role, you should have excellent communication skills, a strong customer service orientation, and the ability to work well in a fast-paced environment. Prior experience in a customer service or hospitality role is preferred.
