About the role
As an Account Manager, Agoda Homes, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of accommodation partners in Japan, with a focus on driving growth, optimizing performance, and ensuring a seamless experience for both our partners and guests.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a portfolio of accommodation partners in Japan, proactively communicating with them to understand their needs and challenges, and working to address them effectively.
- Identify opportunities for growth and work with partners to drive incremental business through targeted strategies and initiatives.
- Monitor partner performance metrics and work closely with partners to optimize their listings and drive better results.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., Product, Operations, Revenue Management) to improve the overall Agoda Homes experience for partners and guests.
- Maintain strong relationships with key partners and serve as the primary point of contact for all partner-related matters.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of strategic initiatives to improve the Agoda Homes offering and drive business growth.
