Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Assistant General Manager (AGM) of Talent Management, based in Gurugram.
The AGM of Talent Management will lead efforts in designing and implementing talent acquisition strategies, developing performance management initiatives, and overseeing employee engagement programs. The role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams, cultivating a positive organizational culture, and ensuring alignment with business objectives. Additional responsibilities include analyzing talent data, optimizing learning and development strategies, and driving organizational transformation through effective workforce planning from Manufacturing and non manufacturing sectors.
Qualifications
- High expertise to plan and drive Talent acquisition
- Strong expertise in Talent Acquisition, Workforce Planning, and Talent Retention
- Proficiency in Performance Management, Employee Engagement, and Organizational Development
- Demonstrated ability in Leadership Development, Succession Planning, and Coaching
- Experience in HR Analytics, Data Interpretation, and Strategic Thinking
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder management skills. High experience to adopt HR practices for Talent retention and engagement with business units
- Proven ability to handle employee relations, policy implementation, and change management
- Proficiency in HR technology and tools, with a focus on streamlining processes
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Experience in a manufacturing or multi-industry organization is a strong advantage
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to dynamic business requirements
- Use of new age techniques like AI for planning, hiring, analysis is a MUST
