Hiring: AGM / Sr. Manager – Staffing & Workforce Solutions
📍 Location: Chennai – Greams Road, Thousand Lights

We are looking for an experienced professional from the Staffing / Manpower Outsourcing industry to lead large-scale recruitment operations, payroll management, and business development.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage large-scale hiring and workforce deployment (1000+ headcount)
• Handle payroll operations and statutory compliance
• Generate new business and onboard clients
• Maintain strong client relationships and ensure retention
• Drive revenue through staffing solutions
Requirement:
• 8–12 years in the Staffing / Recruitment industry
• Strong exposure to bulk hiring and workforce management
• Experience in client acquisition and revenue generation
• Good industry network
