CLIENT : Real Estate Developer with 3 active sites in Ghaziabad looking for a Defence personnel-Ex Colonel/Wg Commander to oversee the security and administration function at corporate and sites.
Key Result Areas
- Spearhead spectrum of facility & general administrative activities at corporate level including Vendor Management, People Management, Housekeeping, Transport & Travel etc.
- Provide leadership & strategic support across various cross-functional business units & functions including operations, budgeting, staffing, contracts, and maintenance.
- Managing Safety of premises and people.
- Travelling to local sites locations on regular basis to monitor and audit admin processes.
- Preparation of administration budget.
- Vendor engagement & SLA management.
Incumbent profile:
- Mid level Ex-Defence personnel with at least 20 years experience in General Administration, Security, Logistics and Operations management.
- Dynamic personality,able to interact with key stakeholders,Senior Management.
ANNUAL COMPENSATION: 10-15LPA
