Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Assistant General Manager (AGM)-Sales Manager, based in Faridabad/New Delhi Region. : The Ideal Candidate should have deep experience in B2B industrial equipment sales, a solid understanding of power press machines or capital machinery and strong connections within manufacturing sectors like automotive, sheet metal or heavy engineering.
The AGM-Sales Manager will lead sales operations, drive customer satisfaction, and ensure the achievement of sales targets. Responsibilities include managing client relationships, developing sales strategies, overseeing and leading a sales team, and working collaboratively with internal departments to deliver a seamless customer experience. The role requires monitoring market trends, analyzing data for decision-making, and continuously improving sales processes to support business growth.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Sales and General Management
- 10+ years experience in Industry sales.
- Demonstrated ability to ensure high levels of Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service
- Experience in Team Management and leadership to effectively drive team performance
- Analytical and strategic thinking with a strong ability to identify and act on market opportunities
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on relationship-building
- Proficiency in handling sales operations in the manufacturing or industrial equipment sector is a plus
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
