This role focuses on owning complete revenue performance for their assigned zone. The role involves enterprise client acquisition, broker relationship management, pricing negotiations, pipeline discipline, and deal closures. The candidate will be responsible for driving sustained revenue growth, maintaining a strong pipeline, managing cross-sell opportunities, and ensuring structured sales operations within the zone.
Key Responsibilities:
Revenue Ownership & P&L:
- Own ₹6–9 Cr annual revenue per zone
- Deliver ₹50–75 Lakhs monthly revenue
- Maintain 3x pipeline coverage
- Manage zone-level sales performance
Client Acquisition & Conversion:
- Drive enterprise and SMB client acquisition
- Conduct 4–5 in-person meetings per day
- Conduct 3–4 virtual meetings daily
- Maintain 25–30% conversion rate
- Manage 45–60 day sales cycle
Broker Ecosystem Management:
- Build and manage 50+ active brokers
- Ensure 40% revenue from broker channel
- Drive 60% direct acquisition
- Maintain strong IPC/DPC relationships
Deal Structuring & Negotiation:
- Lead proposal generation and pricing discussions
- Approve discounts within policy framework
- Negotiate commercial and contract terms
- Drive average deal size ₹15–25 Lakhs ARR
Market Intelligence & Strategy:
- Track competitor pricing and expansion
- Identify micro-market opportunities
- Recommend pricing strategies
- Drive zone expansion in alignment with supply team
Cross-Selling & Client Retention:
- Identify cross-sell opportunities
- Expand footprint within existing enterprise clients
- Ensure strong client relationships
Key Skills Required
- MBA preferred
- Strong P&L understanding
- Negotiation and commercial structuring expertise
- Strong corporate and broker network
- Track record of ₹50Cr+ revenue generation
- Prior Head/VP Sales experience
- Mandatory: Real estate leasing background
- 8+ years B2B enterprise sales experience
