Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced and high-performance-driven Assistant General Manager (AGM) to lead project sales operations, manage large sales teams, drive revenue targets, and oversee developer and channel partner relationships. The role demands strong leadership, sales strategy execution, and hands-on real estate market expertise.
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Revenue Management
Drive monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets for assigned projects/regions.
Manage end-to-end project sales including lead qualification, site visits, negotiations, and closures.
Track key metrics such as lead-to-visit, visit-to-booking, and booking-to-revenue.
Plan and execute sales strategies, promotional events, weekend drives, and activation campaigns
Team Management
Lead and mentor a team of Team Leads, Sales Managers, and Relationship Managers.
Handle recruitment, training, goal setting, performance reviews, and capability enhancement. Ensure productivity, process adherence, and discipline across the sales team.
Developer & Channel Partner Coordination
Build and manage strong relationships with developers, builders, and channel partners.
Negotiate pricing, inventory, exclusivity, and commercial terms.
Coordinate site readiness, project launch activities, and marketing support. Client Relationship Management
Ensure seamless customer experience from lead handling to final booking.
Handle high-value clients, escalations, and negotiation closures.
Work with CRM teams to ensure timely documentation and follow-ups. Operations & Cross-Functional Collaboration
Work closely with Marketing, CRM, Operations, Finance, and Product teams.
Review daily/weekly MIS and take corrective actions to improve performance.
Ensure compliance with NoBroker processes and sales guidelines.
