Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for the position of Assistant General Manager (AGM) - Real Estate, located in Bengaluru. The AGM will be responsible for managing client relationships, developing and overseeing strategic plans to achieve business goals, and collaborating with internal teams to drive property sales. Responsibilities include conducting market research, identifying new business opportunities, leading negotiations, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The role also involves mentoring team members, monitoring performance metrics, and ensuring high levels of operational efficiency.
Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of the real estate industry, property market trends, and customer requirements
- Experience in sales, business development, and customer relationship management
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Leadership, team management, and ability to mentor and guide team members
- Proficiency in market research, strategic planning, and problem-solving
- Ability to work collaboratively and manage cross-functional teams
- Comfortable working on-site and in fast-paced, target-driven environments in Bengaluru
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, Marketing, or a related field
- Relevant certifications or additional real estate credentials are a plus
