Role Description
1. Working on Sales Strategies
2. Conducting Regular Sales Analysis
3. Managing functional and operational marketing strategies and ensuring their execution across all levels
4. Providing sales training for the team
5. Developing business in designated regions with specific objectives
6. Managing the team and taking accountability for process implementation
7. Establishing a feedback mechanism and gathering competitor insights
8. Engaging with Key Opinion Leaders and converting them to Pro SURISHI
9. Maintaining adequate inventory at both primary and secondary levels
10. Assisting the back-office team
11. Conducting or participating in regional, zonal, and national conferences of scientific forums
12. Forecasting sales and expected revenue
13. Budgeting and planning for existing brands and future launches
14. Reviewing sales and team performance
15. Ensuring profitability and smooth operation
16. Being willing to travel or relocate
Qualifications
- SCIENCE graduate, preferably with an MBA from a reputed institute.
- 5 to 10 years in the pharmaceutical industry
- Less than 45 years MALE/FEMALE
- Business and Operations Management skills, including strategic planning and resource allocation
- Team Leadership and People Management experience, with the ability to inspire and develop employees
- Strong Communication and Interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with internal and external stakeholders
- Pharmaceutical Industry Knowledge, including regulatory compliance and market dynamics
- Analytical and Problem-Solving skills to identify opportunities, address challenges, and improve performance
- Proficiency in Project Management tools and techniques
- Demonstrated ability to work on-site and adapt to fast-paced environments
