As we continue to expand and strengthen our tenant mix, we are looking for an experienced AGM / Manager – Leasing to drive our leasing strategy and retail partnerships.
📌 Role: AGM / Manager – Leasing | 📍 Location: Dehradun | 🕐 Type: Full-Time
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive the leasing strategy to achieve optimum occupancy levels across all retail categories.
- Identify, negotiate and onboard new tenants, brands & retail partners.
- Manage end-to-end leasing process — from prospecting to deal closure and documentation.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with national and regional retail brands.
- Monitor market trends, competitive retail landscape & retail mix to maximise mall revenues.
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth fit-out, handover & tenant onboarding.
Eligibility Criteria:
- MBA in Marketing / Real Estate OR Graduate with relevant experience from a recognised institution.
- Minimum 8–10 years of experience in Mall or Retail Leasing.
- Strong network with national & regional retail brands across categories.
- Excellent negotiation, communication & relationship management skills.
- Prior experience in a Mall or Organised Retail environment is mandatory.
