Designation- Sr. Regional Manager, IVD West

Location- Mumbai
- Develop regional strategies: Create and implement sales plans to meet revenue targets.
- Promote IVD TLA : TLA , IT and high end CLIA and Chemistry prodcuts experiance
- Manage client relationships: Build long-term partnerships with hospitals, labs, and distributors.
- Lead sales teams: Supervise and mentor sales representatives to achieve performance goals.
- Conduct product demos: Deliver technical presentations and training sessions for clients.
- Monitor market trends: Track competitor activities and customer needs to maintain a competitive edge.
- Coordinate operations: Work with marketing, logistics, and technical teams for smooth execution.
- Report and forecast: Maintain CRM updates, sales reports, and revenue forecasts
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s in Life Sciences, Biotechnology, Biochemistry, or related field.
- Experience: 3–8 years in IVD or medical equipment sales as team lead
- Skills:
- Strong knowledge of diagnostic products (hematology, biochemistry, electrolyte, urine analyzers).
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet targets.
- Travel: Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned region.
