Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Assistant General Manager (AGM) of Hospital Operations located in Chennai. The AGM will oversee and manage daily hospital operations while ensuring the highest standards of patient care and operational efficiency. Responsibilities include managing teams, improving processes, maintaining budgets, and delivering excellent customer service. The role involves strategic planning, monitoring key performance indicators, and fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- Must have prior experience in managing hospital Operations
- Proficiency in General Management and Operations Management to oversee and streamline hospital processes effectively
- Strong Customer Service and Team Management skills to lead teams and deliver exceptional care
- Experience in Budgeting and financial planning to ensure efficient resource allocation and cost management
- Exceptional problem-solving, organizational, and decision-making abilities
- Proven leadership experience in a hospital or healthcare setting
- Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Healthcare Management, Business Administration, or a related field
- Knowledge of healthcare regulations and operational compliance is an added advantage
