Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Jaipur for an AGM or Sr Manager Engineering - Solar EPC and BESS. The responsibilities include managing engineering activities across Solar EPC and BESS projects, overseeing project planning and execution, conducting inspections, and ensuring compliance with civil engineering standards. The role involves coordination with project teams to guarantee timely delivery, cost optimization, and adherence to safety and quality benchmarks.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Engineering Management and Project Engineering
- Experience in Project Management with a focus on renewable energy projects
- Skilled in Inspection and compliance-related processes within energy sectors
- Knowledge of Civil Engineering practices relevant to Solar EPC and BESS
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field; advanced certifications in project or engineering management are a plus
- Familiarity with solar installation standards and energy storage systems is beneficial
- Experience in commissioning and execution of large-scale renewable energy projects is highly desirable
