Objective of the role : To Prepare municipal drawings as per DCR
Department : Liaison
Location : Kalpataru Synergy, Santacruz, Mumbai
Roles & Responsibilities:
- To study drawings released by Architects and give consolidated feedback/comments regarding
approvability from liaison perspective for projects & to offer suggestions to make project
viable/approvable
- Knowledge update regarding DCR and circulars.
- Preparation Local Authority Drawings Approval from BMC, SRA MHADA, COLLECTOR OFFICE, BMC
WARD OFFICE, MUMBAI FIRE BRIGADE, URBAN DEVELOPMENT DEPT. OF MANTRALAY
- Work with a team of liaison architects to ensure preparation of all approval/municipal drawings in a
manner to get the maximum benefit of the bye-laws
- Getting maximum benefits by using building bye-laws
- Coordinate with liaison & design architect of respective project
- To obtain approvals for building proposals from various authorities
- Should have practical knowledge of D.C. Regulations
- Preparing Presentations, Project Liasioning Budget, Reports, Applications for NOC’s, Documentation for
all municipal submissions
- Monitoring of projects and activities
