Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for AGM/DGM Design & Engineering, located in Anand District. The role involves managing end-to-end design and engineering processes, coordinating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring project deliverables meet quality, timeline, and cost objectives. The individual will be tasked with developing innovative design solutions, overseeing project execution, implementing best practices in engineering operations, and mentoring team members to enhance productivity and efficiency. Collaboration with internal and external stakeholders to optimize solutions will be a critical aspect of the position.
Qualifications
- Design and technical drawing skills, including experience with CAD tools and software
- Strong understanding of engineering systems, processes, and compliance standards
- Project management and team leadership skills
- Problem-solving ability and a focus on process optimization
- Effective communication and coordination capabilities for cross-functional collaboration
- Proven track record of delivering projects within budget and on schedule
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related technical discipline (Master's degree preferred)
- Experience in design and engineering within relevant industries is highly advantageous
