Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Assistant General Manager: Busduct Design based in Noida. The role involves leading the design team in creating and developing key busduct systems, ensuring alignment with industry standards and client requirements. Responsibilities include planning and executing design projects, conducting feasibility studies, optimizing product designs, and collaborating with cross-functional teams such as manufacturing, quality assurance, and procurement to ensure seamless project execution. The AGM will also monitor project timelines, ensure compliance with safety and quality standards, and provide technical guidance to the team.
Qualifications
- Comprehensive knowledge of LV & MV Busduct design, including proficiency in application engineering and product customization.
- Strong command of CAD software (such as AutoCAD and SolidWorks) and other design tools.
- Experience with product lifecycle management, design validation, and manufacturing processes.
- Ability to conduct technical reviews, prepare reports, and present designs effectively.
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical thinking, and team leadership skills.
- Understanding of electrical engineering principles and relevant standards for busduct systems.
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field (Master’s degree is a plus).
- 10+ years of experience in busduct or a related field is preferred.
