Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Assistant General Manager (AGM) at Hotel Tushtaya Inn, located in Godda. The AGM will oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring a seamless guest experience and smooth functioning of all hotel departments. Responsibilities include staff management, monitoring compliance with operational standards, coordinating with vendors, assisting in budgeting, and implementing targeted business strategies. The AGM will also analyze guest feedback and work on improving services and processes.
Qualifications
- Strong leadership, team management, and organizational skills
- Experience with hospitality operations, hotel management, and guest services
- Proficient in conflict resolution, problem-solving, and decision-making
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for staff and guest interactions
- Proficiency in hotel management software and basic financial analysis tools
- Knowledge of hospitality industry standards and compliance regulations
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, hands-on environment
- Prior experience in a similar role is highly desirable
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
