Hykon, a leading multi-crore company engaged in Power Electronics, Solar, Li-ion Battery and Electric Vehicles field, is seeking the following personnel for our Power Electronics Segment. Our product portfolio includes – UPS, Inverters, Servo Stabilizers, Solar water heaters, Lithium Ion Battery packs and Electric Three wheelers. We are looking candidates for the post of Regional Manager for Tamilnadu.
Role Description
Transform Hykon’s UPS service division into a high-growth profit center by driving AMC (Annual Maintenance Contract) conversions, renewals, and spare parts revenue across Pan India. Lead the entire AMC vertical and ensure customer retention through superior service offerings
Key Responsibilities
- Own the P&L for the AMC vertical nationwide.
- Define and achieve monthly/quarterly AMC sales targets across India.
- Expand spare parts and service revenue streams.
- Develop robust Warranty-to-AMC conversion funnels to ensure customers remain within the Hykon ecosystem post-warranty.
- Minimize customer attrition by offering value-driven AMC package
- Lead and mentor a strong AMC sales team across multiple states.
- Drive high-intensity sales rhythms, performance reviews, and skill development.
- Build a culture of accountability and customer-centric selling.
- Implement automated renewal reminders and proactive outreach programs.
- Maintain a 90%+ AMC retention rate through strong relationship management.
- Introduce loyalty programs and customer engagement initiatives.
- Track competitor AMC pricing, service offerings, and market trends.
- Position Hykon as the preferred AMC provider in the UPS industry.
- Continuously refine AMC packages to align with customer needs and industry benchmarks.
Required Profile
- 10–12 years of experience in Service Sales / AMC Sales / Concept Selling within the UPS or Power Electronics industry.
- Proven expertise in handling AMC activities on a Pan India scale.
- Strong commercial acumen—experience in contract negotiations, billing, and collections.
- Familiarity with CRM-driven sales processes (Salesforce, Zoho, or similar).
- Demonstrated ability to lead and manage a well-structured sales team across multiple regions.
