We are seeking a creative powerhouse to lead our conceptualisation team. As AGM – Conceptualisation, you’ll shape the big ideas behind our large-scale events, craft compelling presentations, and set the creative direction that wins pitches and wows audiences.
What You’ll Do
- Lead concept development & storytelling for corporate, government, and public events
- Translate client briefs into innovative event themes, experiences & presentations
- Collaborate closely with design, content, and production teams to bring ideas alive
- Track industry trends and integrate cutting-edge tech into concepts
- Mentor, guide, and inspire the conceptualisation team
What We’re Looking For
- 8–12 years of experience in conceptualisation / creative strategy in events or experiential marketing
- Strong storytelling, ideation, and presentation skills
- Ability to visualise experiences, spaces, and audience journeys
- Proficiency in PowerPoint/Keynote (knowledge of design tools a plus)
- Strategic mindset with leadership and team-building skills
