Role Overview

Agivant is building a focused, AI-first product track designed to create scalable, IP-led platforms alongside its services business.

As an AI Product Engineer, you will be part of a high-accountability product squad responsible for designing and building reusable AI systems, not one-off client implementations. This role emphasizes ownership, production rigor, and forward-looking platform thinking.

The focus is on durable product assets that generate nonlinear value, built through structured innovation cycles.

Key Responsibilities

Design and deploy agentic AI systems using RAG, orchestration frameworks, evaluation pipelines, and observability tooling.

Architect scalable, multi-tenant backend systems aligned with enterprise-grade standards.

Build reusable accelerators and platform components with long-term maintainability.

Embed governance, traceability, and cost discipline into AI workflows by design.

Contribute to structured IP creation and defensible engineering assets.

Operate independently in ambiguous problem spaces with clear accountability for outcomes.

Requirements

Strong computer science fundamentals (algorithms, distributed systems, system design).

Product-oriented thinking, ability to balance technical depth with usability and scalability.

Demonstrated experience building production-grade backend or platform systems.

Hands-on exposure to Generative AI ecosystems (RAG architectures, vector databases, LLM lifecycle management).

Familiarity with cloud-native environments (AWS/GCP/Azure) and DevOps practices.

Mature judgment, ownership mindset, and ability to work without heavy supervision.

High intellectual rigor and structured problem-solving capability.
