About the role
Agiloft is the most trusted global leader in data-first contract lifecycle management (CLM) software, and they are seeking a Junior Security and Compliance Analyst. This entry-level position focuses on managing security tickets, monitoring cloud operations, and providing foundational support for security and compliance tasks under supervision.
Responsibilities:
Manage security-related tickets and incident reports, including triage, routing, and basic resolution, with clear escalation paths to Security, IT, and Cloud Operations teams
Monitor and respond to InfoSec communications, developing expertise to handle increasingly complex security inquiries under supervision
Serve as a bridge between Security and Cloud Operations teams by:
Monitoring and managing security-related Jira tickets
Providing initial security and compliance guidance for Cloud Ops initiatives
Conducting first-level security reviews of proposed Cloud Ops changes
Support AI security initiatives through risk identification and escalation
Maintain security and compliance documentation aligned with SOC 2, ISO 27001, and other frameworks
Partner with senior team members on cloud infrastructure and application change reviews
Support security awareness programs and employee education initiatives

Qualification:
Bachelor's degree in Information Security, Computer Science, or related field, or equivalent practical experience
Demonstrated organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail
Working knowledge of fundamental security concepts including: Incident response and triage, Ticket management systems, Basic risk assessment methodologies
Foundational understanding of cloud operations (AWS preferred)
Strong communication skills with ability to effectively collaborate across technical and non-technical teams
Preferred:
Previous experience in a technical leadership role within cybersecurity
Knowledge of compliance frameworks (SOC 2, ISO 27001)
Hands-on experience with Jira or similar workflow management tools
Understanding of AI/ML security considerations and emerging technology risk
