Total- 8 10 yrs. Location: Bangalore Tracking of BETA defects Tracking of any Show Stopper issues One point contact for PS team on all BETA Defects for ECD Coordinate with Testing / Functional /engineering on defect pattern analysis Ensure BETA deferred defects are linked to JIRA, track ECDs for product enhancements Contact point for PS team on image delivery Track image delivery to client Coordinate with development/testing/ functional team for any deployment issue post image delivery Participation in PRT calls, track closure of actions - documentation, BETA deferred defects are tested and closed performance metrics reviews with PS teams regular scheduled and unscheduled calls with PS team on the burning issues. in case of any critical issues, coordinate between teams and escalate/ bring-in required stakeholder to resolve the issue Track internal deferred defects tracked for closure - linkage of EPICs Prepare Grooming calendar in consultation with Design Team Ensure grooming items are tracked and ensure grooming is onging as per grooming calendar Unblock any issues on grooming / designers availability Suggest process improvements from time to time Understanding and alignment of client delivery plan from PS team (based on their go live) Tracking of product enhancements and ensure delivery to client based on commitments Ownership of client deliverables - Highlight any issues, orchestrate/lead call Mandatory skills- Scrum Master
