About the RoleWe are looking for a seasoned Agile Scrum Master with SAP S/4HANA experience to join a high-impact transformation program with a Fortune enterprise client in the Dallas–Fort Worth area.
In this role, you will coach Agile teams, drive delivery excellence, and enable large-scale SAP transformation initiatives.
Key Responsibilities- Drive the end-to-end flow of value from ideation to production release
- Coach teams to deliver high-quality, high-value increments while reducing waste and rework
- Promote transparency and accountability across teams, stakeholders, and leadership
- Identify and remove impediments to ensure smooth delivery
- Enable adoption of Scrum, Agile frameworks, and best practices
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement, learning, and experimentation
- Guide teams to understand the “why” behind Agile practices
- Act as an Agile coach and internal trainer
- Partner with Product Owners to ensure effective backlog management and product planning
- Maintain information radiators (dashboards, metrics, etc.) for visibility
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies and help teams become self-organizing and high-performing
Required Skills & Experience- Strong experience with SAP S/4HANA (technical or functional/configuration) on SAP HANA platform
- Hands-on experience using Azure DevOps (ADO)
- Proven experience supporting SAP S/4HANA migration programs in large enterprise (Fortune-level preferred)
- Solid technical background with the ability to work closely with engineering teams
- 7–9 years of total experience, including Agile delivery environments
Minimum Qualifications- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 4+ years of experience in an Agile/Scrum environment
- Proven experience coaching Agile teams and stakeholders
- Strong skills in servant leadership, conflict resolution, and team facilitation
- Ability to collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams
Preferred Qualifications- Experience driving Agile transformation initiatives
- Knowledge of CI/CD and DevOps practices
- Experience with Scaled Agile frameworks (SAFe, LeSS, etc.)
- Strong analytical and communication skills
Certifications- Scrum Master certification (CSM, PSM, SSM, or equivalent) preferred
