Job Role: Agile Project Manager
Position: On Campus (LPU - Jalandhar)
We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Agile Project Manager to plan, manage, and track project activities across teams. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating project plans, defining sprints, assigning daily tasks, tracking deliverables, coordinating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring projects are completed on time with high quality.
This role requires strong project management skills, an understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies, excellent communication, and the ability to keep teams aligned, accountable, and focused on project goals.
Key ResponsibilitiesProject Planning & Execution
- Create detailed project plans, timelines, milestones, and execution roadmaps.
- Break down projects into tasks, subtasks, sprint goals, and deliverables.
- Define project scope, priorities, dependencies, risks, and expected outcomes.
- Ensure projects are delivered within agreed timelines and quality standards.
- Track project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
Sprint Planning & Agile Management
- Plan and manage weekly/bi-weekly Agile sprints.
- Conduct sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
- Maintain sprint backlogs and ensure tasks are clearly defined and prioritized.
- Monitor sprint velocity, blockers, task completion, and team performance.
- Ensure Agile practices are followed consistently across projects.
Task Management & Team Coordination
- Assign daily tasks to team members based on priorities and workload.
- Coordinate with design, content, development, marketing, operations, and other teams as required.
- Follow up on task status, pending items, blockers, and dependencies.
- Ensure all team members have clarity on ownership, deadlines, and expected outputs.
- Help teams stay focused, organized, and aligned with project goals.
Deliverables Tracking
- Track project deliverables from planning to completion.
- Maintain dashboards, trackers, reports, and documentation for project visibility.
- Identify delays, bottlenecks, and risks early and escalate when needed.
- Ensure all deliverables are reviewed, approved, and completed as per requirements.
- Maintain accountability across teams for timely task closure.
Stakeholder Communication
- Act as the central point of contact for project updates and coordination.
- Share regular progress reports with leadership and relevant stakeholders.
- Communicate risks, delays, blockers, and changes clearly and proactively.
- Organize meetings, document discussions, and ensure action items are followed up.
- Align internal teams with project objectives, timelines, and expectations.
Process Improvement
- Improve project workflows, sprint processes, and task-tracking systems.
- Create and maintain SOPs, templates, and reporting formats.
- Identify gaps in execution and suggest practical solutions.
- Support better collaboration, productivity, and delivery efficiency across teams.
Required Skills
- Strong understanding of Agile and Scrum methodologies.
- Excellent project planning, task management, and execution skills.
- Ability to create sprints, timelines, trackers, dashboards, and reports.
- Strong follow-up and coordination skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.

- Detail-oriented, deadline-driven, and highly organized.
- Comfortable working with cross-functional teams.
Required Experience
- 5–7 years of experience in project management, Agile project coordination, delivery management, or a similar role.
- Prior experience managing sprints, daily tasks, project timelines, and deliverables.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams is preferred.
- Experience in edtech, digital marketing, IT, content, product, or operations teams will be an added advantage.
Educational Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Computer Applications, Engineering, Marketing, or a related field.
- Agile/Scrum certification such as CSM, PSM, PMI-ACP, or PMP will be an advantage but is not mandatory.
