- Define and implement the team structure, processes and tools to ensure cross-discipline/capability thinking, acceleration business and success.
- Define and establish a governance model which empowers decentralized decision making, focuses on continuous value flow and measures on fact-based objectives
- Establish key success parameters, define KPIs / OKRs and establish an outcome and value-based culture, encouraging experimentation and relentless improvement for constant innovation
- Document project scope, deliverables. develop project plans with key milestones and Creation of WBS
- Employ various relative story sizing techniques and estimation frameworks against a mixed backlog of items
- Work with Product Owners and other stakeholders to help ensure product backlog alignment with program strategy and vision.
- Categorize requirements into a project plan. Create, establish and manage overall project plan, including key milestones, detailing schedules, controls, resources and costs
- Execute, control, monitor, and close the Project following the product development processes in close cooperation with all project partners
- Identify corrective actions based on outcomes with Flow,
- Quality and Value as key metrics.
- Balance risk management and a test-and-learn mindset.
