Job Title: Agile Coach / Scrum Master (Data Analytics Cloud)

Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced
Agile Coach / Scrum Master with a strong background in
Data Analytics implementations on cloud platforms . The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in Agile and Scaled Agile delivery, along with hands-on experience managing large-scale data programs across cloud environments such as GCP, AWS, or Azure (GCP preferred).
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and drive Agile and Scaled Agile (SAFe) delivery across data and analytics programs
- Act as a Scrum Master / RTE / Agile Coach to guide teams and stakeholders
- Manage end-to-end project delivery for Data Analytics implementations on cloud platforms
- Facilitate sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives, and release planning
- Ensure adherence to Agile best practices and continuous improvement
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, data, and business stakeholders
- Drive effective use of tools like JIRA and Confluence for project tracking and documentation
Required Skills Experience
- 1216 years of overall experience
- 8+ years in Agile / Scaled Agile project or delivery management
- 4+ years of experience as a Scrum Master / Agile Coach / RTE
- 10+ years of experience in Data Analytics domain
- 4+ years of experience in cloud-based data implementations (GCP / AWS / Azure GCP preferred)
- Advanced proficiency in JIRA and Confluence
- Strong understanding of data architectures and analytics implementation patterns on cloud
- Awareness of key considerations and nuances in cloud-based data solutions
