We are hiring a senior associate - • Enterprise / agile / product coach
Experience: 7-10yrs
Mode:bangalore,hyderabad, kolkota,pune,mumbai,noida, gurgam, chennai
Notice Period: Immediate to 15 Days
The role is a coaching engagement: coaching client teams (team / POD / Sub Domain level) on adopting a product operating model as two firms come together. The deliverable is consistent training and hands-on coaching across client firm teams.
What we are looking for:
• Enterprise / agile / product coach background (e.g. SPC, PST, ICP-ACC, or equivalent practitioner experience)
• Demonstrated track record training and coaching teams at scale (large scale transformations)
• Hands-on experience with product operating model transitions
• Comfort coaching both team-level practitioners and senior leadership through a transformation
What the current profiles contained instead:
• Strategy consultants who produce TOM designs, cost cases, and benchmarking decks
• Several data analysts and BI / operations associates
