What you’ll do:
Brief description of the role
As a Senior Agile Master / Agile Delivery Lead at Regnology, you will lead and support approximately four cross-functional teams, representing around twenty people, within a complex Large-Scale Scrum (LeSS) product organization.
You will provide Agile leadership across the teams, strengthen delivery discipline and improve Scrum maturity. You will be responsible for multi-team coordination, realistic capacity-based planning, dependency and risk management, consolidated reporting, release alignment and readiness. You will work closely with Product, Engineering, QA, Architecture, Operations, Release Management and other teams contributing to the same product.
Your key accountabilities are:
- Lead the consistent application of Scrum and Agile principles across approximately four teams.
- Facilitate or oversee effective, outcome-oriented Scrum events and backlog-refinement activities.
- Assess team maturity and implement targeted improvements in ownership, collaboration and delivery discipline.
- Ensure sprint and release commitments are realistic and supported by available team capacity.
- Challenge overcommitment, unmanaged scope changes and unrealistic delivery expectations.
- Coordinate cross-team planning, dependencies, sequencing and release alignment across a highly interdependent product organization.
- Track consolidated progress, capacity, risks, blockers, dependencies, milestones and delivery confidence.
- Lead release-readiness activities and ensure delivery and release processes are consistently followed.
- Provide concise, reliable and actionable reporting to technical, product and senior stakeholders.
- Facilitate difficult decisions and conflicts related to scope, priorities, capacity, ownership and dependencies.
Why we should decide on you:
- 8+ years of experience in Agile software delivery, including at least 5 years as a Scrum Master or Agile Master and proven experience supporting multiple teams simultaneously.
- Proven experience leading or supporting several Agile teams simultaneously.
- Strong practical knowledge of Scrum, Agile product delivery and scaled Agile environments; LeSS experience is strongly preferred.
- Demonstrated experience in complex, multi-team software or product organizations.
- Strong expertise in capacity planning, forecasting, dependency management, release planning and integrated delivery.
- Proven ability to improve teams with low or inconsistent Agile maturity.
- Strong leadership presence and the ability to influence without formal authority.
- Ability to challenge stakeholders constructively and maintain delivery discipline under pressure.
- Excellent facilitation, coaching, negotiation, communication and conflict-resolution skills.
- Experience with Jira, Confluence, Advanced Roadmaps or similar tools; an advanced Agile certification such as PSM II, PSM III or CSP-SM is an advantage.
Why you should decide on us:
- Let’s grow together, join a market leading SaaS company – our agile character and culture of innovation enable you to design our future.
- We provide you with the opportunity to take on responsibility and participate in international projects.
- In addition to our buddy-program, we offer numerous individual and wide-ranging training opportunities during which you can explore technical and functional areas.
- Our internal mobility initiative encourages colleagues to transfer cross functionally to gain experience and promotes knowledge sharing.
- We are proud of our positive working atmosphere characterized by a supportive team across various locations and countries and transparent communication across all levels.
- Together we're better - meet your colleagues at our numerous team events.
- Familiarity with AI concepts and its potential application in a business environment
To get a first impression, we only need your CV and look forward to meeting you in a (personal/virtual) interview!
