We’re looking for a technically savvy Agile leader to drive Scrum of Scrums across multiple teams in a complex, high-impact program.
What You’ll Do
- Lead Scrum of Scrums to ensure cross-team alignment, dependency management, and risk mitigation
- Drive consistent adoption of Scrum practices and Agile ways of working
- Act as a key link between Product, Engineering, and DevOps teams
- Deliver Agile/Scrum training and coaching using ready-to-use materials
- Support teams working in DevOps environments with GitHub-based workflows (CI/CD, branching, releases)
What We’re Looking For
- Strong experience in Scrum at scale (SAFe, Scrum of Scrums, etc.)
- Proven track record leading multiple Agile teams in complex programs
- Comfortable with GitHub workflows and DevOps practices
- Experience in Agile coaching and training delivery
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
Nice to Have
- SAFe / Agile certifications (SPC, RTE, PSM, etc.)
- Experience in large-scale Agile transformations
- Background in engineering or DevOps
