Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Agile Coach, based in Abroad. The Agile Coach will lead teams through the adoption and implementation of agile methodologies, while fostering a culture of continuous improvement. The role involves mentoring team members, facilitating agile ceremonies, consulting with stakeholders to align on agile practices, and embedding design thinking principles into organizational processes to drive innovation and operational efficiency.
Qualifications
- Proven experience with Agile Leadership and proficiency in leading teams through agile transformations.
- Strong expertise in Agile Coaching, facilitating agile frameworks and practices like Scrum, Kanban, or SAFe.
- Knowledge and application of Design Thinking principles to promote customer-focused solutions.
- Coaching and mentoring skills to develop and guide teams towards agility and innovation.
- Experience in consulting and collaborating with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to foster organizational change.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to effectively work with diverse teams.
- Certifications in Agile methodologies (e.g., Certified Scrum Master, SAFe Agilist) are a plus.
- Familiarity with immigration consulting or similar services is advantageous.
