Job Description:
We are looking for a result-oriented professional to lead and scale our presence across Zomato, Swiggy, and dine-in aggregator platforms (EazyDiner, Dineout, etc.).
The role involves end-to-end ownership of revenue growth, platform performance, campaign execution, and customer experience across multiple outlets.
Key Responsibilities:
Own and drive revenue (P&L) for Zomato & Swiggy across all outlets
Plan and execute strategies for pricing, discounts, ads, and campaigns
Drive key metrics such as AOV, conversion rate, and order volumes
Monitor daily performance: sales, cancellations, ratings, and reviews
Improve platform visibility through ads, offers, and optimization
Manage dine-in platforms to increase reservations and footfall
Optimize listings: menu, images, offers, and outlet information
Analyze customer behavior, booking trends, and competitor activity
Ensure high customer satisfaction and timely resolution of complaints
Collaborate with marketing, operations, and outlet teams
Manage relationships with platform account managers
Requirements:
4–7 years of experience managing Zomato/Swiggy and/or dine-in platforms
Strong understanding of aggregator algorithms and growth strategies
Experience in revenue ownership / P&L management
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Experience handling multi-outlet or multi-city operations
