About the role

The Role: We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented individual to support our Supply & Logistics team at our Lexington, MA site on a temporary basis for approximately 7 weeks. This role will play a critical part in ensuring the smooth flow of materials across the organization by managing incoming and outgoing shipments, supporting warehouse operations, and maintaining accurate system records. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced, hands-on environment, demonstrates strong organizational skills, and is comfortable working cross-functionally to support both GMP and non-GMP operations.

In the role you will:

  • Handle all daily receipts for the Agenus Lexington, MA location
  • Receive, inspect and verify incoming packages and materials/equipment per Order Management/ERP System
  • Log-in receipts in the Order Management /ERP System
  • Log-in and tag chemical receipts in Chemical Handling System
  • Transport and deliver packages, material/equipment from receiving dock to GMP warehouse, laboratory areas or point of use locations
  • Cross train and support the GMP warehouse, inventory and cycle counting activities as requested
  • Handle outgoing shipments from Agenus Lexington, MA personnel and Supply & Logistics team
  • Support and provide input to department metrics and KPI’s
  • Execute and maintain cGMP training as required
  • Perform duties per general Safety guidelines and practice safe and compliant material handling
  • Maintain daily logs and daily leader standard work
  • Generate reports from Order Management/ERP or Chemical Handling System to support operations

Qualifications and Education Requirements: 

  • High School Diploma
  • Ability to lift 51 lbs (per current OSHA guidelines)
  • OSHA/DOT experience is desired 
  • Previous experience in a receiving role desired
