Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Customer Support Agent based in Gurugram. The Agent will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, providing outstanding customer service, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring the resolution of client concerns via various channels such as calls, emails, chats, or social media. Additional responsibilities include maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and contributing to a positive customer experience aligned with our company standards.
Qualifications
- Strong verbal and written communication skills for managing customer interactions efficiently
- Customer service and problem-solving skills to address and resolve client issues
- Proficiency in handling multiple communication channels, including email, chat, and social media
- Adaptability and ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced work environment
- Familiarity with CRM tools and basic computer skills
- Additional language fluency is a plus
- Previous experience in customer service or a related field is advantageous
- Diploma, associate degree, or equivalent educational background
