We've validated the concept, built the core logic, and are now looking for a technical co-founder to bring the full product vision to life. This is an opportunity to own the technical architecture, product build, and growth infrastructure of a game-changing SaaS startup from the ground up. Your Role As Technical Co-Founder, you'll lead all engineering efforts at Agentro — from the core product backend to integrations, infrastructure, and frontend UI. You'll work closely with the founding team to iterate quickly, launch our MVP, and scale into a robust SaaS platform. Responsibilities Own end-to-end technical development of the Agentro platform: infrastructure, APIs, frontend, backend, and deployment. Architect and implement a scalable, modular SaaS platform built for multi-tenant use. Build the frontend dashboard and onboarding flows for SMB customers to easily activate their AI agent. Integrate third-party APIs including LinkedIn, HubSpot, Gmail/Outlook, WhatsApp, and ChatGPT (OpenAI). Design and manage secure and scalable user authentication and data management systems. Implement AI/ML features that allow Agentro to intelligently learn from user behavior and customer interactions. Collaborate closely with the founding team on product direction, UX, and go-to-market. Manage DevOps: CI/CD pipelines, deployment (AWS, GCP, or similar), error tracking, and uptime monitoring. Eventually build and lead a world-class engineering team as the product scales. Technical Qualifications 5+ years of full-stack development experience in modern frameworks (e.g., React, Next.js, Node.js, Python, Django, or similar). Experience with SaaS platform architecture, cloud deployment (AWS, GCP, or Azure), and scalable databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Firebase). Familiarity with API integrations (OAuth, webhooks, rate-limited APIs) — ideally with LinkedIn, CRMs (e.g. HubSpot), Email (Gmail, Outlook), WhatsApp, OpenAI/ChatGPT. Solid understanding of AI agent orchestration, LLM prompt design, or vector databases (Pinecone, Weaviate, etc.) is a big plus. Strong grasp of data privacy, security, and user permissions across API ecosystems. Comfortable building dashboards, analytics, and messaging tools that connect seamlessly to user workflows.
