Role Description
We are seeking a dedicated professional for the AgenticAI team at Hexaware Technologies in a full-time hybrid role. Working from our Chennai location with the flexibility to work remotely as needed, the selected candidate will be involved in designing, developing, and deploying AI-powered solutions. Key responsibilities include collaborating with teams to analyze business processes, designing AI models, training algorithms on data sets, and delivering insights to enhance decision-making. The role will also entail maintaining continuous improvements to existing AI systems to align with evolving business requirements.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in AI-related programming languages, frameworks, and tools such as Python, TensorFlow, and PyTorch.
- Strong understanding of machine learning algorithms, data modeling, and statistical analysis.
- Experience in data engineering, data preprocessing, and data visualization tools.
- Knowledge of cloud platforms and deploying machine learning models at scale (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and critical-thinking skills.
- Strong communication and collaboration capabilities, with the ability to work in hybrid environments effectively.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or related fields.
- Prior experience within IT consulting or digital transformation environments is an advantage.
