We are hiring - Agentic Gen AI Engineer
Experience: 4 to 7 years
Primary Stack: Python, GCP, Google ADK, Anthropic, LangChain
Role Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Agentic GenAI Engineer to join and drive the design, development, and deployment of advanced AI-powered agentic systems. This role focuses on building intelligent automation solutions leveraging Anthropic models, Google ADK, and modern GenAI frameworks on Google Cloud Platform (GCP). The ideal candidate will play a key role in translating business requirements into scalable AI solutions, developing multi-agent workflows, and optimizing LLM-based applications for enterprise use cases.
Required Technical Skills:
Programming Languages
• Strong proficiency in Python for AI/ML and backend development. Cloud Technologies
• Hands-on experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP) services such as:
◦ Vertex AI
◦ Cloud Functions / Cloud Run
◦ BigQuery / Cloud Storage
◦ IAM & security best practices
◦ GenAI / Agentic Frameworks
• Experience working with Anthropic (Claude models) APIs.
• Practical experience in building agentic workflows using Google ADK.
• Strong understanding of LLM orchestration, prompt engineering, and multi-agent architecture.
• Working knowledge of LangChain for building LLM-powered pipelines and applications. Databases / Vector Stores
• Hands-on experience with at least one:
◦ Vector databases (e.g., Pinecone, Weaviate, FAISS, Chroma)
◦ Traditional databases (SQL/NoSQL)
• Experience implementing RAG (Retrieval Augmented Generation) pipelines. Core AI/ML Skills
• LLM fine-tuning / prompt optimization strategies.
• Evaluation and monitoring of GenAI applications.
• API integration and microservices architecture.
Required Experience
• 4 to 7 years of overall experience in software engineering, AI/ML, or related domains.
• At least 3+ years of hands-on experience in GenAI / LLM-based application development. • Proven experience building and deploying production-grade AI systems on GCP.
• Demonstrated expertise in designing agentic workflows and autonomous AI systems.
• Strong problem-solving, stakeholder communication, and solution design capabilities.
This is a full-time Work From Office (WFO) role based at Noida, Sector 132; candidates must be able to work on-site from this location.
