About Fixit
Fixit is building AI-native revenue infrastructure where autonomous AI systems don’t just converse, but think, decide, adapt, and execute workflows end-to-end.
We are building orchestration, memory, decision-making, feedback loops, and continuous learning systems that improve through real-world interactions across the funnel.
We’ve built the foundational infrastructure and are now expanding the core AI team.
What You’ll Work On
- Multi-agent orchestration systems
- Reinforcement learning pipelines & adaptive decision systems
- Long-term memory and contextual reasoning architectures
- Feedback loop driven model improvement
- Autonomous workflow execution systems
- AI systems that learn from conversations, outcomes, and real-world signals
- Transformer-based architectures and reasoning layers
- Agent evaluation, observability, and optimization infrastructure
This is not a prompt engineering role.
You’ll work on systems where models continuously evolve through interaction, feedback, and execution.
We’re Looking For People Who Have Worked On
- Reinforcement Learning (RLHF / online learning / adaptive systems)
- Transformers & LLM architectures
- Multi-agent systems
- Memory architectures & retrieval systems
- Feedback loops & self-improving systems
- Reasoning engines and planning systems
- AI orchestration frameworks
- Real-world production AI systems
Good To Have
- Experience with LangGraph, DSPy, Haystack, CrewAI, AutoGen, OpenAI Agents SDK, or similar orchestration frameworks
- Strong backend engineering fundamentals
- Experience with vector databases, observability, evaluation pipelines
- Research mindset with strong implementation ability
- Prior work on autonomous systems, copilots, or agentic workflows
