Role Description The Agentic AI Trainer is a full-time, on-site role based in the Greater Bengaluru Area. The person in this role will design and deliver training sessions on agentic and applied AI concepts, including hands-on labs, demonstrations, and project-based learning. Daily responsibilities include preparing instructional materials, updating course content to reflect the latest AI tools and practices, and supporting learners through mentoring, feedback, and assessments. The Agentic AI Trainer will collaborate with curriculum designers and industry experts to refine learning paths, ensure practical relevance, and contribute to NevoLearn’s certification standards. The role also involves monitoring learner progress, maintaining training quality, and participating in continuous improvement of teaching methodologies and learning technologies.
Qualifications
- Strong foundation in artificial intelligence, machine learning, and modern agentic AI frameworks, with the ability to translate complex concepts into accessible learning content.
- Experience designing and delivering technical training or workshops, preferably in professional education, corporate learning, or higher education settings.
- Proficiency with common AI tools and platforms (e.g., Python-based ML stacks, LLM tooling, prompt engineering environments, and cloud-based AI services).
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and presentation skills, with a learner-centric approach and the ability to engage diverse audiences.
- Skill in instructional design practices, including curriculum development, assessment creation, and use of digital learning platforms or LMS tools.
- Demonstrated ability to work on-site in collaborative teams, manage multiple training cohorts, and adapt content based on feedback and performance data.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or a related technical field; advanced certification or postgraduate study in AI or ML is an advantage.
- Prior industry experience applying AI solutions in real-world projects, and familiarity with ethical, responsible, and secure AI practices.
