Role Description
This full-time hybrid Tech Lead/SDE3 role in Agentic AI is based in Bengaluru, with flexibility for remote work. The role involves spearheading technical design, development, and implementation while leading a dynamic team of engineers. You will actively architect and build scalable systems, write and review high-quality code, and ensure the delivery of robust, innovative AI-driven software solutions. Collaboration with cross-functional teams to define project requirements and troubleshoot technical challenges will also be key responsibilities.
Qualifications
- Expertise in programming languages such as typescript / node
- Experience in AI/ML-driven development, including designing and deploying machine learning models
- Strong knowledge of distributed systems, cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP), and scalable architecture
- Proficiency in code optimization, debugging, and software design patterns
- Leadership skills, including managing and mentoring engineering teams
- Ability to work in a hybrid environment and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
- Hands-on experience with DevOps tools and CI/CD processes is a plus
- Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
