We are looking for an Agentic AI Project Manager to drive the delivery of AI-powered solutions for banks and financial institutions.
The ideal candidate should bring:
• Strong Project Management experience
• Experience working within the Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance (BFSI) sector
• Exposure to banking operations and business processes
• Good understanding of enterprise technology landscapes and modern AI technologies
Key Responsibilities
• Manage end-to-end delivery of Agentic AI and AI-powered transformation initiatives
• Coordinate with client stakeholders, business teams, and engineering teams
• Drive project planning, execution, risk management, governance, and reporting
• Understand banking operational workflows and align solution delivery with business objectives
• Facilitate communication between business, technology, and delivery teams
Preferred Qualifications
• 3+ years of Project Management experience
• Experience in banking operations, payments, onboarding, risk, compliance, lending, customer servicing, or related BFSI functions
• Understanding of enterprise applications, APIs, integrations, cloud platforms, and digital transformation initiatives
• Exposure to AI, Generative AI, Agentic AI, intelligent automation, or related technologies
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
Additional Information
• Prior BFSI experience is mandatory
• Location: Bangalore
• Immediate joiners or candidates serving short notice periods will be preferred
