Job Overview
Transnational AI is hiring an Agentic AI Platform Project Manager to lead the end-to-end lifecycle of AI-driven platforms powered by autonomous agents and intelligent workflows.
You will own delivery from feature ideation → development → version-controlled release → production → post-production optimization, with a strong focus on automation, scalability, and data-driven decision-making.
Key Responsibilities:
⦁ Own the full product lifecycle: roadmap, development, release, and optimization
⦁ Manage version-controlled releases (feature tagging, branching, rollback, governance)
⦁ Lead development of agentic AI systems and multi-agent workflows
⦁ Drive feature delivery across AI/ML, engineering, and data teams
⦁ Implement automation-first processes (CI/CD, testing, monitoring)
⦁ Oversee production systems, performance, and reliability
⦁ Monitor AI performance, model drift, and user behavior
⦁ Use data insights to continuously improve product and AI outcomes
⦁ Lead Agile execution and cross-functional collaboration
Required Qualifications:
⦁ 5+ years of experience in Product/Project Management (AI/ML or SaaS preferred)
⦁ Strong understanding of:
⦁ AI/ML systems and agent-based architectures
⦁ APIs, microservices, and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP)
⦁ Hands-on experience with:
⦁ Git, version control, and release management
⦁ CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices
⦁ Agile/Scrum methodologies
Preferred Qualifications:
⦁ Experience with Agentic AI / Autonomous Systems / LLMs
⦁ Familiarity with event-driven architectures
⦁ Background in marketplace platforms (Insurance, Employment, Finance)
