AI Agentic Ops SRE
Description
- Deploy autonomous AI agents that can think, plan, execute commands, and self‑heal infrastructure
- Provide tier‑3 production support for mission‑critical infrastructure and agentic AI pipelines
- Troubleshoot production outages, manage high‑priority incidents, ensure reliability and availability
- Use LLM agents to scan system logs, auto‑generate reports, detect post‑mortems
- Deploy continuous chaos testing that autonomously probes infrastructure and fixes vulnerabilities
Skill Set
- Strong experience with Observability for multi‑agent systems using LangChain, LangGraph, LangSmith
- Deep integration with Galileo and LangSmith for tracking prompt traces, token costs, system latency
- Use Galileo and LangSmith to run continuous evaluations on RAG accuracy, hallucination rates, agent safety
- Expert management of Loki (logs), Grafana (dashboards), Tempo (traces), Mimir/Prometheus (metrics)
