About the role
We are seeking experienced Agentic AI Instructors to join our team on a 6–12-month contract basis. You will play a hands-on role in a top financial company build real AI capability — through structured training, custom workshops, and sharp advisory in the room.
This is a hybrid role requiring 3 days onsite and 2 days remote per week.
Engagement details
- Contract duration: 6–12 months
- Schedule: 3 days onsite / 2 days remote per week
- Locations: Mumbai (4 opening) · Bangalore (4 openings)
Role Description
- Deliver structured AI and Agentic AI training programs to client teams across technical and business audiences.
- Partner with clients to design and develop custom training sessions tailored to their specific AI adoption goals and organizational context.
- Write and facilitate bespoke workshops — owning the content from design through delivery.
- Actively listen during sessions and client meetings to spot knowledge gaps, then recommend the right learning path or course to close them and accelerate adoption.
What you bring
- 10+ years of overall professional experience
- Strong working knowledge of AI, generative AI, and agentic AI concepts and tools
- Proven ability to design and deliver training for both technical and non-technical audiences
- Excellent communication and facilitation skills — you hold the room
- Experience developing original curriculum or workshop content
- A consultant's mindset — you hear what's unsaid and respond with the right recommendation
- Based in or able to commute to Mumbai or Bangalore
