We are seeking a highly skilled and innovative AI Engineer specializing in Agentic AI systems to design and build next-generation intelligent applications. This role involves developing autonomous AI solutions capable of reasoning, planning, and executing complex tasks using advanced machine learning and generative AI technologies. The ideal candidate will work on end-to-end product development, from prototyping to production deployment, leveraging large language models and multi-agent frameworks. This position is best suited for a self-driven professional who thrives in building scalable AI systems from scratch, enjoys solving complex problems, and is passionate about pushing the boundaries of AI in real-world applications.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy Agentic AI systems with capabilities for autonomous reasoning and execution
• Build and integrate solutions using LLMs and generative AI frameworks
• Develop end-to-end AI products, from ideation and prototyping to production deployment
• Work with modern AI tools and agents to accelerate development workflows
• Implement multi-agent orchestration frameworks, including workflows, tool integration, and memory management
• Build scalable backend systems and APIs using Python
• Integrate AI solutions into real-world applications in collaboration with cross-functional teams
• Optimize model performance, latency, and cost efficiency
• Conduct continuous experimentation and iteration to improve system capabilities
• Stay updated with emerging trends and advancements in AI and autonomous systems
  
  

What Makes You a Great Fit

• Strong programming skills in Python with experience in backend development
• Hands-on experience in Machine Learning, Deep Learning, and Generative AI
• Practical knowledge of LLMs, prompt engineering, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), and fine-tuning
• Experience building Agentic AI systems using frameworks such as LangChain, LlamaIndex, AutoGen, or similar tools
• Familiarity with AI tools and platforms such as Claude, OpenAI APIs, Codex, or AI-assisted development environments
• Experience working with REST APIs, vector databases (e.g., FAISS, Pinecone, Weaviate), and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure)
• Proven track record of independently building and deploying multiple AI or agent-based products
• Strong portfolio or GitHub showcasing real-world AI projects
• Understanding of multi-agent systems, orchestration, and scalable AI architecture
• Problem-solving mindset with the ability to build and iterate quickly
• Experience in startup environments or building products from scratch is a plus
• Strong ownership, execution ability, and passion for cutting-edge AI technologies
