🚀 Hiring: Sr. Intelligent / Agentic Automation Developer (6–9 Years Experience)
We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Intelligent / Agentic Automation Developer to design, develop, and deploy AI-enabled agentic solutions using UiPath and Microsoft Copilot Studio capabilities.
This role is ideal for professionals passionate about building scalable, secure, and business-aligned automation solutions across Finance and enterprise operations.
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
• Design and deliver end-to-end AI-enabled automation solutions
• Build agentic workflows across Finance domains (R2R, P2P, O2C, Controls & Compliance)
• Own solution lifecycle: process design → development → testing → deployment → support
• Ensure governance, security, audit readiness, and performance compliance
• Work directly with Finance stakeholders and cross-functional IT teams
🔹 Core Technical Expertise Required:
✔ Strong hands-on experience with UiPath Studio & Orchestrator
✔ Experience with Agentic AI capabilities
✔ UiPath Maestro, Action Center, HITL Frameworks
✔ AI Center, Document Understanding, IXP
✔ UiPath Apps
✔ Microsoft Copilot Studio – Agent development & lifecycle management
✔ Prompt Engineering for AI accuracy & reasoning
✔ API integrations, SharePoint Lists, MySQL
✔ Power Automate orchestration
✔ Working knowledge of Python / VBA
🔹 Good to Have:
• Mendix
• Healing Agents, Screenplay, Autopilot
• Azure AI exposure
• Enterprise-scale AI / Automation environment experience
🎓 Education: Bachelor’s / Master’s in CS, IT, Engineering or related field
📜 Certifications (Preferred):
• UiPath Specialized AI Professional
• UiPath Automation Developer Professional
• Microsoft Copilot Studio Developer
• Azure AI Fundamentals (AI-900)
