Job Title: Agentic AI Engineer

About the Role
We are looking for an Agentic AI Engineer to design and build next-generation AI agent systems capable of autonomous reasoning, task orchestration, and enterprise workflow automation. The role focuses on building production-grade applications using modern LLM ecosystems, agent architectures, and API-driven AI services.
You will work with open-source LLM models, agent frameworks, and Microsoft AI infrastructure to develop intelligent systems that can interact with tools, APIs, and other agents to solve complex tasks.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop Agentic AI systems capable of multi-step reasoning and autonomous task execution.
- Build AI agents and multi-agent workflows for enterprise-grade applications.
- Integrate LLMs such as LLaMA and related open-source models into AI-driven applications.
- Develop scalable AI services and APIs using Python and FastAPI.
- Implement Agent-to-Agent (A2A) communication architectures for distributed agent systems.
- Deploy and manage AI applications within the Microsoft Azure ecosystem.
- Develop guardrails, evaluation mechanisms, and monitoring for AI agent systems.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to embed AI capabilities into operational platforms and products.
Technical Skills
- Experience working in high-performance engineering environments with strong emphasis on scalability, code quality, and production-grade system design.
- Strong Python development experience.
- Hands-on experience building Agentic AI / AI agent systems.
- Experience with LLMs such as LLaMA or similar open-source models.
- Experience building REST APIs using FastAPI.
- Familiarity with multi-agent architectures and orchestration frameworks.
- Experience working within the Microsoft AI / Azure ecosystem.
Good to Have
- Experience with LangChain, Semantic Kernel, AutoGen, or similar agent frameworks.
- Familiarity with RAG architectures and vector databases.
- Experience building AI applications in production environments.
- Exposure to AI systems for decision intelligence, automation, or enterprise workflows.
