Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for an Agentic AI Engineer. The responsibilities include designing, implementing, and refining AI frameworks for benchmarking and evaluating agent performance across multiple dimensions such as reasoning, safety, and adaptability. The engineer will develop and integrate advanced algorithms, including neural networks and natural language processing models, while collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance real-world AI reliability and effectiveness. The position also involves conducting research on emerging AI agent technologies and improving system deployment processes.
Qualifications
- Strong foundation in Computer Science and proficiency in Software Development
- Expertise in Neural Networks and Pattern Recognition
- Experience in Natural Language Processing (NLP), including understanding and implementing language models
- Proficiency in algorithm design and problem-solving
- Familiarity with AI benchmarking methodologies and evaluation frameworks is a plus
- Knowledge of safety and reliability in AI systems is advantageous
- Bachelor's or advanced degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field
