💼 Role: Senior Agentic Engineer
📍 Location: Bangalore (Preferred) / Pune / Mumbai (Hybrid)
⏳ Experience: 8 to 16 Years (varies for different roles)
🕒 Notice Period: Immediate to 30 Days Preferred
*EST Time zone*
🔹 Experience in Agentic AI Architecture, Development & Deployment (Min 3 years preferred)
💡 Role Overview:
You will design and build multi-agent AI systems that transform data intelligence into automated workflows. Work on agentic architectures, LLM orchestration, and conversational interfaces to make complex data models accessible to non-technical users.
🔧 Key Responsibilities:
✔️ Build multi-agent systems using frameworks like LangChain, LangGraph, CrewAI
✔️ Develop AI orchestration use cases for real-world client scenarios
✔️ Create agent-based interfaces for data science models (MMM, forecasting, etc.)
✔️ Integrate with platforms like Databricks, Power BI, APIs
✔️ Write production-grade Python code with logging & monitoring
✔️ Collaborate with Data Scientists & cross-functional teams
✔️ Contribute to scalable architecture & reusable AI components
✅ Must-Have Skills:
🔹 Strong Python development experience (3+ years)
🔹 Hands-on experience with LLMs / GenAI (1+ year)
🔹 Experience with LangChain / LangGraph / AutoGen / CrewAI
🔹 Knowledge of APIs, Microservices & Event-driven architecture
🔹 Cloud exposure (Azure preferred)
🔹 Understanding of Vector DBs, embeddings, GenAI workflows
✨ Good to Have:
➕ Experience with Databricks / Genie
➕ Exposure to MLOps & model deployment
➕ Experience in chatbot / conversational AI systems
➕ Background in Media / Marketing Analytics
